made tortillas.. consumed 2 pcs just this afternoon. still have 10 stacked in a foil..
tortilla:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup warm water or more if needed
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
and cooked ground pork with chopped tomatoes and bell peppers... and lots of ground and cayenne peppers, cumin and all spice... made garlic mayo too..
always have cheese and lettuce to top it all.. :D
for dinner..am thinking of cooking stir-fry chicken in garlic sauce.. hmmm..
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1/4 c. chopped green onions

in politics..its like rotten halo-halo.. the way its been around, how anti-administration politicians are one by one ousted thru preventive suspension from their current positions.
how come those pro-administration officials/politicians are still seated in their offices where theyve got same cases pending with the ombudsman? cases pending for ages already than those who were recently ousted anti-admin officials.

i know its a bit of old news.. Roger Federer still dominates the first open tournament this year. Federer defeated Gonzales 3 sets to none. the first set was a long one. went to a tie break.. and the next two sets.. Gonzales could no longer hold his plays.. Federer never dropped any plays.. and broke Gonzales' during his fourth serve. the 3rd set Federer was playing Gonzales on the net, very well done..
Womens title went to Serena Williams. the floater of this tournament defeated the ranked number one Maria Sharapova. Sharapova cant dominate williams power serves and classic plays in court...
Sunday Movie.. after i got back from a party at the beach... i decided to watch Night at the Museum.. and once again seated next to me....KIDS! weh! i laughed out loud..louder than them. hehehe! After the film i told hunny i want to be a Night Watchman. hahahaha!
just weeks ago..told her i wanna be a Dragon Rider and that i want a blue dragon! just like Eragon! hahahaha! ooohhh...saw a couple of movie trailers.. too many movies to watch!!!! i like The Fountain.. i hope its a good one. and yeah The Epic Movie! Oceans 13! HP! Fantastic 4 and the Silver Surfer! whoa! Spiderman! etcetera!
